Supreme Court to Decide Whether Pharma. Sales Reps Are Covered by Outside Sales Exemption

This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari in Christopher v. SmithKline Beecham Corp.  Based on the certiorari briefing, among the questions to be decided will be:

Whether the Fair Labor Standards Act’s outside sales exemption applies to pharmaceutical sales employees.

Should be fun!
